ESCS AGM The Society's AGM is to be held on Sunday 28th. March 2010 at the Loxley Centre, Lincoln Road, Peterborough, Cambs, PE4. 5BW at 2.30pm. 2008 AGM REPORT The 2008 AGM was held on 13th. April at Werrington Community Association Hall, Peterborough. There was a reasonable attendance, about the same number as last year. At the beginning of the meeting, a letter was read out from our retiring President, Gordon Butler. Apologies were read out, the Secretary announced that at last GCCF Executive Committee had passed the proposed Open Class Split for the Non-Self Exotics, it will go to the June Council meeting to be agreed and then all being well will start from 1st. June, 2009. The split will be Any Colour (AC) Tabby or Tabby & White Exotic and Any Other Colour (AOC) Non-self Exotic, (at last after thirteen years of collating information!!). The Patron Marc Henrie stays the same. Our new President is Mr. Ron Gardner. The Officers stay the same Chairman:       Michael Barsley       Vice-Chairman: Louvane Stevenson       Treasurer: Stuart McEwen       Secretary: Barbara McEwen Joan Brady and Linda Dutton were welcomed to the Committee as full Committee members after having been co-opted last year. GCCF Delegates are Louvane Stevenson and John Walker BAC Delegates are Michael Barsley, Janet Gee, Barbara McEwen, Stuart McEwen and Louvane Stevenson. The proposed amendments to the Society Rules about quorums for meetings were passed unanimously. In 2009 it will be the Societies 25th Anniversary of the forming of the club, any ideas for celebrations were asked for. Tickets for the Caravan Holiday for up to 6 people in the Lake District were on sale at the meeting at £5-00 per ticket. The draw will take place when 100 tickets have been sold.

SHOW BRAG DIFFICULTIES Please accept my apologies for the difficulties you will have been experiencing putting up your Show Brags. Unfortunatley DreamHost/DreamBook have some major technical problems with a 'data cluster' and it will be a while before the problem can be fixed. I have found a way to get around the problem via the management area of the DreamBook, but this necessitates that you e-mail me your Show Brag so that I can put it up on your behalf. For further details please see the temporary ESCS Show Brags page, which can only be accessed from the Home Page. All other 'Show Brag' links from other ESCS web pages will take you to the signed book.
